When you buy a toy box from us, we generally ship it out the same business day, or the following day, depending on what time the order is received by us.  Personalization of the toy boxes sometimes takes a little longer.  Everything ships for free within the lower 48 states.  (We do not ship outside of the U.S. mainland at this time.)
